Itinerary Marrakech to Fes 4 Days Desert Tour

Day 1 : Marrakech → Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou → Dades Valley

Day 3 : Day 3: Merzouga 4x4 Desert Excursion

After breakfast, we’ll depart the camp and begin our 4×4 excursion in Merzouga, heading to the Gnawa village. Here, we’ll meet the locals and enjoy the traditional music they play. After a tip for their performance, we’ll continue our journey to Meffis Mountain, where we’ll explore ancient mines dating back to the French colonial era.

Next, we’ll visit a nomadic family, where you’ll enjoy a cup of tea and learn about their fascinating way of life. After lunch, we’ll take a leisurely stroll through one of the desert’s peaceful oases. To wrap up the day, we’ll take you to a hotel for the night, where you can relax and reflect on a day full of unforgettable experiences.

Day 4: Merzouga Desert – Cedar Forest – Ifrane – Fez

Begin your day early with the breathtaking beauty of a desert sunrise, followed by a relaxing breakfast. Next, we’ll make our way to Rissani, an ancient town famous for its vibrant souk. After exploring, we’ll head to Erfoud, where you’ll visit local workshops showcasing fossilized marble.

Continuing along the scenic Ziz River, we’ll pause to take in the stunning views of Ziz Valley before enjoying a leisurely lunch in Midelt. Then, we’ll explore the tranquil cedar forest, where you can interact with the friendly Barbary macaques. Our final stop will be Ifrane, often referred to as the “Switzerland of Morocco.” To conclude your journey, we’ll drop you off in Fes, marking the end of your 4-day Marrakech to Fes desert adventure with 2 nights spent in the desert.
